　科讯交流有限公司(TEL)创建于1987年，总部设在香港，在北京、上海和深圳分别设立了办事处及联络处。公司的业务宗旨是促进中外科技与市场信息交流。公司的主要经营项目有：出版《世界》系列中文杂志和China Now系列英文杂志，主办、协办国际专业设备展览会和技术研讨会，以及开办《科讯网》站。
《世界》系列杂志包含《世界广播电视》、《世界专业音响与灯光》、《世界宽带网络》、《世界电信网络》电子周刊、《世界仪表与自动化》，和《世界医疗器械》，为国内相关行业提供最新技术、产品、市场和产业发展信息。

　Established in 1987, Technology Exchange Ltd. (TEL) is a Hong Kong-based company with offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. TEL’s mission is to promote the exchange of technical information between China and the rest of the world. To accomplish this, The Company publishes a series of Chinese-language periodicals, an English-language “China Now” family of magazines as well as organizing technical exhibitions and seminars in China.
　The Chinese-language magazines include International Broadcast Information, International Pro-Audio & Lighting, International Broadband Network, International Telecom Network,International Instrumentation & Automation, International Medical Devices, all of which helpkeep China’s industry leaders abreast of the latest technologies, products and industry trends around the world.
　Broadcast Television Channel is the core part of TEL’s 360 degree media platform. Since found in six year ago, with the vision of contributing to the development of China’s broadcast television industry, this channel provides timely and accurate information to broadcasting readers. In the past few years, this channel has become a leading broadcast television website which gives continuous support to broadcast professionals.
　The channel’s e-weekly reports conscientiously the academic developments of related technologies in a timely, prospective, accurate and efficient manner consistent with the mission of the channel, making use of the advantages of multimedia’s interactive and timely response features.
