　盛立亚光网络系统有限公司的总部设在位于美国加州的Santa Clara。其业务是开发宽带系统，用于向商业用户和住宅用户交付高级语音、视频和数据服务。盛立亚研发的系统使运营商能够在一个集成的、高成本效率的系统内，同时支持传统的TDM业务和基于IP/以太网的宽带服务。与此同时，盛立亚公司还是开发行业标准IEEE EFM 802.3ah工作组的创始成员之一，并对现行标准的制定与执行做出了许多贡献。盛立亚(中国)光网络系统有限公司是盛立亚在中国的独资公司，从事制造、研发和客户支持工作，并负责亚太地区的市场开发和销售。在中国，盛立亚的系统已经在全国许多省份商业部署。客户包括各大主流运营商，如广电网络、中国网通、中国电信、中国联通、中国移动，还有以社区为基础的本地网络运营商。我们将客户视为不可或缺的合作伙伴，并努力生产出设计合理、稳定可靠的产品为客户的企业添砖加瓦。
