基于GIS的CATV网络资源管理系统关键技术初探

《摘 要》随着有线电视网的建设和各种业务的开展,基于地理信息系统（GIS）的有线电视管理技术在有线电视领域的应用越来越广泛。基于GIS的有线电视管理信息系统可直观显示网络地理分布和属性等信息，可直接在电子地图上进行更准确、直观的网络设计，能够快速查找设备的故障情况等信息，为有线电视网络的规划、管理、运营维护等应用提供最佳的解决方案。
在结合GIS技术进行有线电视网络管理信息系统建设中涉及到很多领域的问题，采用什么样的技术方案来解决这些问题决定了系统的稳定性和运行效率。本文主要探讨利用GIS技术进行有线电视网络资源管理信息系统建设的几个关键技术问题。

Abstract: Based on the GIS cable TV management information system may visual display network information and so on geographic distribution and attribute, may directly carry on accurately, the direct-viewing network design on the electronic map, can for cable TV application and so on network plan, management, operation maintenance provide the best solution.
In unifies the GIS technology to carry on in the cable TV network management information system construction to involve to the very many domains question, used any type the technical plan to solve these problems to decide the system stability and the operating efficiency. This article main discussion carries on the cable TV network resource management information system construction using the GIS technology several essential technical question.
