To enhance communication between the eastern and western China,and promote development of the broadcasting industry in western China,the 19th session of ICTC(2011)is scheduled to hold from 18th through 21st October 2011 in Xi'an,Shaanxi after its 18 sessiona in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
ICTC, endorsed by SARFT, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. has been co-organized by the Technical Working Committee of Radio & TV Society, Zhejiang Radio and TV Broadcasting Bureau, and the International Broadband Network magazine,in addition tos ARFT of Shaanxi province, and supported by the Shaanxi BC & TV Network Media Co, LTD.
Since 1992, ICTC has become one of the most influential international scientific and technical events in the broadcasting industry of China, and formed its characteristics in developmeng. As a platform of communication between overseas and domesticprofessionals, ICTC has been focused on globle new technologies and development trend.
Focused on " Triple-play ",ICTC2011 will organize forums,for sharing experience among the pilot cities all over china, and on NGB, two-way network deployment，interactiove services, wireless transmission, web broadcasting, broadcasting center of IPTV, application of cloud-computing, and youth expert presentation. Meanwhile,exhibition of new technologies and new equipments will be expanded.
ICTC has grown up into a professional of landmark in nearly 20 years in the most attractive citiy in China,Hangzhou,while now if moving to Xi'an，another well-known historic city, and also the core of western China.We plan to hold the conference inHangzhou and Xi'an in turns, and offer ICTC the impetus of further development.
