Website: http://www.ictc.com.cn http://www.crta-tc.org Purposes of This Conference Since the first session of ICTC in 1992 it has been held 18 sessions in Hangzhou and has become one of the most influential international activities of technical communication in China’s broadcasting filed. In order to strengthen communication between eastern and western China and also to promote development of western broadcasting & TV businesses, ICTC2011 will be held in Xi’an on 18th through 20th Oct. Industry seniors, experts, network operators and manufacturers from all over China and overseas are invited to attend to this conference. Leaders of SARFT will also be invited to give keynote speeches with respect to the development of broadcasting field. In the CATV field, ICTC2011 will organize pilot cities of "triple play" to introduce their experience, and exchange information and idea concerned. Theme forum, Sino-overseas expert round table seminar and technical report meeting concerning the construction of broadcasting IDC, accessing network deployment, and development of new business models would also be organized.
